The purpose of this position is to lead sponsorship and fundraising activities for Jr. Spartans Fastpitch which include:

• Lead sponsorship & fundraising committee. Directing activities and holding meetings as needed. 
• Lead the development of sponsorship packages and marketing assets to share with the community.
• Lead fundraising activities for Jr. Spartan Fastpitch i.e. popcorn sales, 100 inning game.
• Lead communication of fundraising & sponsorship opportunities with the Jr. Spartans families and the greater community.
• Track fundraising and sold sponsorships revenue and deliverables in the database.
• Manage the development and execution of deliverables for sponsorships including but not limited to banners, signage, social media posts and website presence as indicated by sponsorship levels.
• Generate documentation of sponsorship fulfillment for distribution to sponsors at the end of the season.

The purpose of this position is to solicit and manage volunteers to meet program demands which include:

• Receive communication from the Board members and Chairs when volunteers are needed
• Manage Sign-up Genius to schedule volunteers among team families or students for Jr. Spartans sponsored events.
• Coordinating with the work study program at CHS to fill Jr. Spartans volunteer needs with students at CHS who need volunteer hours

The purpose of this position is to manage the game day activities which include:

• Arrive early to home games to manage the volunteers.
• Work closely with volunteer chair to schedule volunteers as needed for the following tasks:
  • Field prep and clean-up for all home games (Gold, Silver & Blue)
  • Gamechanger scoring (all games)
  • Gamechanger streaming (all games)
  • Run scoreboard (home games)
  • Ensuring that the flag is raised/lowered in the outfield
  • Setup/breakdown the sound system
